Author of Dead Man Walking and the Death of Innocents, the prominent death penalty abolitionist Sis. Helen Prejean visited Seattle in the spring of 2005 where she served as John Danz Lecturer at the University of Washington and later visited with friends from the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
